Geospatial Technician I, Austin, Texas

• Daily processing of geospatial data and ensuring compliance to applicable projects, as well as industry standards related to aerial mapping
• Classification of LiDAR point clouds
• Compilation of mapping features from LiDAR point clouds
• Other duties as assigned

• 1-2 years progressive experience in CAD
• 1-2 years progressive experience with spreadsheets or GIS tools
• 1-2 years experience with ortho rectification
• 1-2 years progressive experience with LiDAR classification
• Excellent computer and technical skills, including Auto CAD, MicroStation and MS Office Suite
• Electric Transmission experience preferred
• Strong listening, writing and verbal communication skills
• Proven work history, strong work ethic and team-player attitude
