We are an agency providing quality Home and Community-Based Services in the greater metro area; currently serving 150+ individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health or related conditions. Services are provided in their own home, in their community or at their job (we do not own or operate any group homes or provide overnight shifts/hours).

Locations include:
  • Cambridge (and surrounding Isanti County locations)
  • Coon Rapids, Blaine, Anoka (and surrounding Anoka County locations)
  • Mounds View (and surrounding Ramsey County locations)
  • Golden Valley, Robbinsdale, Brooklyn Park (and surrounding Hennepin County locations)

Qualified Applicants Must:
  • Have a valid MN Driver's License and be able to pass a driver's record check
  • Have or have access to a reliable vehicle (and the ability to transport individuals)
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be able to fluently read and speak English
  • Be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Have a willingness to learn, and the ability to be a team player
  • Be engaging, creative, and possess a drive to teach independent living skills
  • Be experienced with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health (preferred but not required)
