Your Role:

As a Shift Trainer, you will oversee the training of new full-time hourly employees and agency associates through the complete training cycle on all standard work associated with their respective positions. Trainers will also serve in an advisory capacity to help shift leadership develop new, or modify existing standard work, and provide feedback on how trainees are progressing in their roles.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Train new hourly employees and agency associates
• Trains employees on safety, quality, and work processes and other general tasks
• Reports on trainee progress and working with Human Resources to determine training gaps and solutions
• Assists with development and updating of standard response documents
• Perform Audits
