Overview: This position is responsible for providing hospitable, courteous, and efficient service to customers. Duties include assisting customers with their selections, maintaining cleanliness of the department, rotating and stocking to ensure fresh and quality products are available for our customers to purchase. In addition, this position is responsible for assisting manager in coaching, mentoring, and leading staff to accomplish department and personal goals.
Day in the Life:
Location: Primarily sales floor and backroom
What to Expect: We pride ourselves on having a wide selection of trend-forward and traditional grocery items. You will gain expertise in creative merchandising and product knowledge. In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring a positive work environment as well as creating sensational shopping experiences for our customers.
Qualifications: Qualified candidates have prior grocery retail experience and\/or the desire and ability to create meaningful and memorable moments for our customers and staff.
