Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. has a contingent job opportunity for a full time Project Manager I - Submarine Team - San Diego.

Summary:

Responsible for the results achieved in terms of quality, safety, costs, schedules and performance of assigned programs. Manages the contractual and financial aspects of all projects enabling the Project Managers to focus on day to day production. Oversees and coordinates the operations of the program at all worksite locations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, implement and control task orders.

• Reports directly to the Senior Project Manager

• Establish performance objectives for task orders..

• Ensure cost, technical and schedule objectives are met.

• Report program progress and status.

• Serve as primary contact between the Government and the contractor on matters pertaining to task orders.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least two to four (2-4) years of experience managing technical projects/task orders.

• Must obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Effective team player with highly proficient customer service skills.

• Flexible and able to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

• Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is $65,000 To $82,000 Annually. This is a reasonable estimate for this role. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

• Regular communication (hearing/speaking).

• Noise conditions range from very quiet to very noisy.

• Prolonged use of computer (typing/keyboarding).

• Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, stand, and walk.

• Ability to travel by car, air or other means of transportation, if required.
