About the Role:

CrowdStrike is looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Falcon Complete, CrowdStrike’s industry-leadingManaged Detection and Response (MDR) portfolio. You will work with the best in the business, and we need you to bring your creativity, imagination and energy to this high-profile position. As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you will engage cross-functionally with the relevant teams to design, plan and execute a go-to-market strategy that drives real measurable success for MDR. This will include building differentiated messaging that increases awareness and demand in that space.

We are the pioneer and clear leader in MDR, with the #1 global market share according to Gartner, as well as achieving a Leadership position in all major analyst reports. We need your passion and marketing leadership to capitalize on this unique opportunity and achieve an even stronger position.

You are a self-starter who is capable of excelling in a fast-paced environment by taking ownership of the product marketing activities related to the Falcon Complete. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into simple, compelling messages that resonate with customers is crucial. This is a high-profile position and as such, you will need to have subject matter expertise in both cybersecurity and MDR.

What You'll Do:

  • Category creation: Own the category evolution to continue dominating existing markets, and drive category creation for new offerings.

  • Positioning: Create sharp, bold and differentiated positioning with a clear understanding of the target customer and the core capabilities of the offering.

  • Business Growth: Drive awareness, adoption, and growth Falcon Complete and related modules and services across the CrowdStrike Falcon platform.

  • PMM Leadership: Plan, implement, and manage our overall product marketing strategy for Falcon Complete and associated product and service offerings.

  • GTM Leadership: Engage with cross-functional teams to help design, plan and execute the go-to-market strategy that drives measurable results.

  • Content Creation: Develop fresh content including collateral, thought leadership assets and solution presentations, website content, videos, blogs, by-lined articles and more to execute communication strategies and accelerate the buyer's journey.

  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with sales and alliances teams to ensure the value proposition, assets, training, support structures, and incentive plans are all in place for a strong sales motion in line with our product and ecosystem capabilities.

  • Market and Competitive Intelligence: Be the expert on target buyers, market trends, and competitive offerings across the cybersecurity landscape and how this intersects with our offerings. Use this to drive differentiation and influence overall planning.

  • Trusted Evangelist: Serve as an evangelist for our products through thought leadership and blogging, social media, and public speaking.

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of security software product marketing experience specifically in MDR

  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field

  • Impeccable written and communication skills

  • Very strong presentation skills

  • Ability to translate products features into simple, compelling messages and narratives that resonate with prospects, customers, partners and the CrowdStrike sales team

  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with cross-functional teams, partners and other third parties

  • Proven track record of execution on product launches, initiatives/programs

  • Strong business acumen and technical background
