Fräsch is seeking a Samples Coordinator for our manufacturing facility in Grand Prairie, TX

Purpose
This role will support our sales and marketing teams in fulfilling sample requests from current and potential customers/representatives. In this role, you will provide product, answer questions, and prepare requests for existing and potential customers including samples and trade-show requests. For this role, you must be detail oriented as you will be responsible for maintaining sample records including maintaining an accurate inventory as well as shipping records.

Required Tasks

  • Communicates status of samples to appropriate department/customer.
  • Receive orders directly from sales and customers.
  • Log shipments into database.
  • Pull product samples and literature from inventory and package for shipments.
  • Assemble professional submittal packages for shipment to clients.
  • Take ownership of/manage the organization of the literature and samples room.
  • Move new literature shipments from pallet to shelving.
  • Label and shrink wrap samples.
  • Maintain inventory count of samples, literature, and other required supplies and inventory.
  • Restock product samples, literature, and hardware bins from samples room inventory.
  • Assemble literature binders.
  • Restock boxes and shipping supplies.
  • Reorder samples and shipping supplies as needed.
  • Assemble, label, and package corporate mailings and tradeshow follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate shipping records.

Requirements

  • High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic; previous administrative support/customer service experience highly preferred.
  • Qualified candidates must be able demonstrate ability to write legibly.
  • Self-starter who can work independently with little to no supervision.
  • Be prepared to meet daily shipping deadlines.
  • Able to communicate verbally progress and barriers to achieving assigned tasks.
  • Must be able to lift to 50 pounds.
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Word, SharePoint and Teams.
  • Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
  • Comfortable working in an office environment at a fast pace that is deadline driven.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit able to identify and solve problems in an ambiguous environment.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to details.
  • Excellent people-skills – particularly around relationship building and communication with external and internal contacts.
  • Must be able to work in our Grand Prairie, TX facility. This is not a remote role.

Hours: 8:00 to 5:00
