We are seeking a full-time, remote Account Manager. This position’s day to day responsibilities include management of all client and operational reporting requirements to meet the principal objectives of client retention and increased revenue growth within existing client base.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Works closely with clients to identify new or increased revenue opportunities.
  • Maintains revenues with clients with a minimum of 90% client retention year over year.
  • Oversee projects associated with clients, including but not limited to new development, management, internal and external communication, and support and maintenance issues.
  • Act as a liaison for internal and external communications with clients. Manage ongoing conference calls and ensure a positive relationship with clients. Provide regular status reports and manage task lists on assigned accounts progress for all project areas.
  • Work with clients to address any areas of concern and then coordinate with appropriate internal departments to resolve.
  • Design and generation of monthly, quarterly and one-off client reporting functions as well as internal periodic reporting and dashboard development.
  • Collaborate with development, marketing, operations, bill review & regulatory compliance to ensure the successful launch and acceptable performance of client programs.
  • Articulates the company’s mission clearly and concisely that speaks to customers and employees at all levels.
  • Communicates the company’s official stance on its mission to external sources.
  • Represents the company at official functions.
  • Manages expenses to stay within budget. Notify direct manager if a month will exceed budget as soon as possible.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all company functions and the future direction/growth objectives of the firm.
  • Collaborate with business development.
  • Manage projects using defined project management tools and communication vehicles.
  • Facilitate enhancements to communications, tools, capabilities and product lines.
  • Participate in cross functional groups to establish communication, product direction and productive solutions.
  • Perform additional duties as identified and directed by management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Mentor, train, and supervise team members directly and indirectly, review their work and provide effective constructive feedback.
  • Ensure all team members understand, are trained in, and comply with Paradigm’s security requirements and policies.
  • Ensure all team members have the minimum level of IT system access required to effectively complete their Paradigm responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years’ industry experience of proven success.
  • Prefer workers’ compensation, account management, and sales experience.
  • Customer and Client Focus and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Outstanding deductive reasoning, analytical, judgment and decision-making skills essential.
  • Keen awareness of the importance of keeping manager informed of all departmental needs/issues.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and listening skills necessary.
  • Proficient computer skills as well as proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
