MSHS serves people who have a serious mental illness, acquired brain injuries, and other co-occurring conditions .As an Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) facility, MSHS Willmar focuses on rehabilitative education, building interpersonal skills, and developing community engagement skills to increase each client's independence and self-management of their illness, behavior, and emotion. The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide direct care under the direction of lead worker, training, treatment, support, vocational readiness and leisure activities within a residential treatment model that provides behavioral health services to individuals that require medical monitoring, through functional analyses of the etiology of the behavioral excesses/deficiencies and development of intervention strategies and environmental modifications that will support individuals to regain access to the community and as much independence to engage in the community as their circumstances permit. **This posting may be used to fill multiple full-time or part-time, rotating or night shift vacancies** Qualifications Minimum Qualifications To qualify, applicants must:
