Description:
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. Responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process: sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring a positive candidate experience to all applicants.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
- Take ownership of candidate experience.
- Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
- Perform reference checks as needed if necessary.
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
- Manage onboarding and new hire process.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree, major in business related field or human resources preferred.
- 2+ recent years of experience in a recruitment role. Functional knowledge of applicant tracking systems/HRIS strongly preferred.
- Efficient in Microsoft applications.
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws, and EEOC requirements highly preferred.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication (i.e., phone calls, emails, etc.) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with hiring managers.
- Unquestionable integrity and demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive and confidential information required.
