Position Purpose: Seeking world-class talent to join the world's leading distributor of automotive and industrial replacement parts and value-added services operating 5,500+ locations and servicing more than 20,000 locations in the U.S and Canada. Specifically, this role will function as a Lead UX Researcher leading research efforts for one or more eCommerce or mobile products. Working with a highly talented team, you'll play a key role to inform product strategy and design for the customers of the world's largest automotive and industrial replacement parts distribution companies. We're looking for a strong mixed methods Lead User Experience Researcher who can help us discover insights that shape our next evolution. You will help guide research strategy, vision, and execution through your considerable expertise. While this is an individual contributor role, you serve not only as a sophisticated practitioner, but also as a consultant and advocate for UX Research. Responsibilities:
