About the Role:

As a Business Intelligence Analyst (Enterprise Data Warehouse), you will work as a part of cross-functional business and technical teams alongside business operations analysts, business leaders, data/BI engineers and other team members to deliver impactful technical data warehouse and business intelligence solutions – from defining and developing metrics that matter to the enterprise.


What You’ll Do:
  • Gather metrics requirements, determine data and reporting insights and findings to deliver dataset (from Snowflake datawarehouse data) to business stakeholders and cross functional teams.

  • Develop multiple complex SQL queries and views (pulling from complex,multiple data sources, synthesizing and formatting to prepare for distribution to stakeholders)

  • Design and develop highly visual, interactive, and layered Business Intelligence solutions using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Online to display results and key insights.


  • What You’ll Need:
  • 8+ years of experience where data analysis and analytics is the core skill. Expertise in data querying, prototyping and designing metrics, Tableau visualization, dashboards and reports, data analyses, and experiments with actionable insights is required.

  • Experience in understanding and modeling voluminous product platform data by ingesting platform event data (Telemetry) and drive usage and performance data analytics. experience with analyzing and combining entitlement/subscription data with telemetry/usage data is a plus

  • Serve as the analytical owner within one or more cross-functional business teams. Effectively communicate data findings to the broader team and partner with them to drive prioritization and shape metrics design and implementation decisions.

  • Expert level proficiency with SQL , Data Models and data/BI platform applications such as Snowflake and Tableau. Expertise manipulating large data sets, interpreting data trends and using a multitude of disparate data sources and tools.

  • Analyze multiple structured/unstructured data sources, compile and build structure data sets to run SQL queries and visualize on dashboards/actionable insights.


  • Bonus Points:
  • Experience working for a SaaS security company and building SaaS metrics is preferred.

  • Tableau / Snowflake Certification is preferred
