Description: Job Summary

The Assistant Recruiting and Operations Coordinator is responsible for support in all aspects of football recruiting and team operations.

Position Description

Responsibilities include:
  • Provides executive-level administrative support to the Head Football coach, Football Operations Director, and 9 Assistant football coaches.
  • Coordinates Official Visit candidate and family travel to and from campus.
  • Prepares visit materials for candidates including official and unofficial.
  • Helps execute all candidate campus visits including itineraries, campus tours, photoshoots, and coach meetings.
  • Schedule head coach and assistant coach recruiting travel.
  • Manages recruiting databases including academic and athletic profile updates.
  • Executes priority candidate communication from coaching staff.
  • Assists Director of Football Operations with team travel and practice logistics.
  • Serves as senior administrative contact and liaison for internal and external program constituents.
  • Prepares game plans, playbooks, and practice schedules.
  • Supervise student workers.


Basic Qualifications

Three or more years of related experience. Education beyond high school may count toward experience.

Additional Qualifications and Skills

  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Suite.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks with shifting deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required.
  • Some evening and weekend work may be required.
