Overview

Our strong emphasis on thorough, honest communication drives us to pursue third party validation of our sustainability claims, and transparently share our activities – from the material ingredients making up our products to our, to social impacts, to progress toward our goals. The Sustainability Intern will play a key role in updating and maintaining our Product Data Management (PDM) system. The individual will work closely with our Product Engineering and Sustainability teams to facilitate the PDM system, ensuring accurate data is available for products.


Responsibilities


  • Assists with the documentation and implementation of PDM system for existing products.
  • Coordinate with Sustainability and Product Engineering teams to facilitate updated bills of materials.
  • Assists with implementation of product engineering changes
  • Provide technical support.

Qualifications


  • Actively enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's program in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline
  • Proficient in Solidworks
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills with the ability to communicate engineering concepts to non-engineers
  • Basic understanding of mass production technologies
  • Passion for sustainable innovation and sustainability a bonus
