General DescriptionThis position is responsible for the development, establishment, and oversight/monitoring of the Crisis Management Program of Popular for multiples scenarios (e.g., Ransomware, Liquidity, Data Breach, Technology Outages, Natural Disasters, External Fraud, and Pandemic, among others). This position will be mainly responsible for leading and monitor the crisis management activities across the bank to ensure the continuity of critical services and safeguard to Popular Inc. operations. This position will report to the Operational Risk Manager and works with executive management representatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities• Manage the overall business recovery process during multiple scenarios including but not limited to Natural disasters, Man-made and System/Cyber scenarios. EducationBachelor's Degree in Technology, Computer Sciences, Business Administration or Industrial Engineer. Experience• Preferable 5-8 years previous work experience in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business, IT audit or related experience. Other Qualifications• Knowledge of Crisis Management and Business Continuity Planning concepts and methodologies including Business Impact Analysis and Disaster Recovery planning. Values
