CALIBRE is seeking personnel to provide technical, analytical, and training support Camp Shelby, Mississippi through management of the Range Facility Management Support System (RFMSS).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide programmatic oversight of the Camp Shelby RFMSS program to include the following:

· Maintain and administer the RFMSS Program in accordance with Army National Guard processes, business rules and guidance

· Coordinate systems administration, quality control, training and instruction of RFMSS users

· Perform oversight for collection and analysis of facility and unit utilization data, coordinate software updates, and work with training site RFMSS leads to grant access and appropriate permissions to RFMSS users

· Instruct and supervise new personnel on the use of RFMSS

· Perform administrative duties to include records preparation/maintenance

· Advise Government, peers and users on administration policies, technical problems, priorities, and methodologies associated with and related to the daily functions and use of RFMSS

· Attend ARNG conferences and training events related to the Sustainable Range Program and range operations

· Attend and present briefings upon request

· Attend monthly meetings with other ARNG RFMSS Functional Administrators to gain information on important changes, or assist in troubleshooting issues

· Coordinate directly with the ARNG RFMSS COE HelpDesk for assistance in correcting data issues within the Camp Shelby RFMSS database

· Manage the Camp Shelby RFMSS database to include the following actions: review and update set up tables, enter new facilities and conflicts, monitor actions of Range Control Schedulers as related to processing requests (automated, written or telephonic); perform range scheduling actions in RFMSS to capture the unit, dates, ranges, firing, and other information as required by the installation commander, verify schedules, record data, and print required reports using RFMSS in support of the Sustainable Range Program.

· Provide the National Guard Bureau Army Range Training Support (NGB-ARNG-TRS) Branch Chief and Army National Guard (ARNG) Training Center in Range Planning technical support and Geographic Information System (GIS) technical support services.

· Perform duties associated with the Sustainable Range Program (SRP) and the planning, applications, and operations of the ARNG RFMSS and GIS programs in support of ARNG facilities, training sites, ranges and training lands. Provide technical support and guidance on the integration of RFMSS and GIS into the Range Training and Land Program (RTLP) and the Integrated Training Area Management (ITAM) program.

· Manage, collect, analyze, validate, and manipulate RFMSS data and reconcile other information systems relational databases with RFMSS data which assists the training center in evaluation and analysis of ranges, training lands and facilities usage.

· Ensure Camp Shelby RFMSS data is provided for decision makers to meet the goals and objectives of NGB-ARNG-TRS, SRP.

· Input data into the installations RFMSS database that is accurate and up to date and coordinated with other information systems such as Planning Resources for Infrastructure Development and Evaluation (PRIDE), Army Range Requirements Model (ARRM) and Army Stationing and Installation Planning (ASIP).

· Performance includes providing input or assisting with annual Range Complex Master Plan (RCMP), SRP Development Plans, ARRM to include the Range and ITAM Operations Work Plans and various other master planning documents in support of training center range programs.


Required education and skills:

· Must possess a Bachelor’s degree

· Effective communicator

· Proficiency in computers, to include Microsoft Programs

· Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems preferred

· Experience developing and delivering training courses and briefs

· Experience working with the military

Clearance:

· Must be a U.S. Citizen and capable of obtaining a Secret clearance.
