How you will contribute to LifeNet Healths success:

As aProduct Coordinator, you would bethe key point of contact for all related Dermis products/line extensions. You will work closely with Research & Development (R&D), Product Development (PD) & Engineering, and P&L Engineering Operations to coordinate the successful transfer and clinical launch of new products/improvements. You will also act as a resource person by performing research, analyzing information, providing documentation, preparing reports and implementing improvements.

Important: You will be required to sit, stand, bend, walk and lift up to 50 lbs. for the duration of the shift; as well as wear personal protective equipment to include: surgical gowns, masks, visors or goggles and caps.

This role is critical to the LifeNet Health mission because it is an important step in taking the donors gifts and transitioning them to lifesaving and health restoring allografts for patients around the globe.

What youll do:

  • Identifies, documents and plans technician training for new product lines. Reviews and approves protocols, and reports during launch phase to ensure production is ready and can support initial build and subsequent launch quantities for clinical production. Works on design phase in collaboration with PD & Engineering.
  • Works with PD & Engineering, R&D, and P&L Operations Engineering to optimize the existing equipment and processes for clinical production of grafts with safety and efficiency in mind as well as, for new product lines, determining feasibility of engineering equipment designs in the production environment.
  • Serves as Continuous Improvement Champion by identifying opportunities, implementing changes, and writing protocol, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and processing documents.
  • Coordination of IQ/OQ/PQ (Installation, Operational and Performance Qualifications) execution with Operations, Production Planning, Engineering and Product Development. Responsible for ensuring validation required sample build is met.
  • In collaboration with leadership, develop and meet budget requirements including cost savings targets.

What youll bring (Minimum Requirements):

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Five (5) years of experience in tissue/regulated processing within a manufacturing environment
  • One (1) year of demonstrated experience in product transfer requirements in a related industry
  • Lean Certification of White Belt or higher OR PMP Certification
  • Certified Tissue Banking Specialist (CTBS) certification achieved within 2 years of employment and maintained throughout employment.

Preferred Experience/Skills/Certifications:

  • Three (3) years experience in specific technical area preferred.

*The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location and the candidates qualifications including prior relevant experience. The pay range for this position is $21.96/hourly (entry-level qualifications) to $29.28/hourly (experienced in this role).

*Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidates knowledge and relevant experience.

*This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on certain criteria being met.
