SALARY:

$52,100 - $65,100+ per year, the posted salary range represents the minimum to the midpoint within RVU’s compensation plan. RVU’s full compensation structure provides a minimum to a maximum range. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership:
    • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the enrollment operations team.
    • Develop a clear vision for enrollment operations aligned with institutional goals.
    • Motivate and inspire team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Make informed decisions based on a comprehensive understanding of the admissions landscape.
  • Admissions Policy & Process Development:
    • Formulate comprehensive and transparent admissions policies.
    • Implement effective and efficient admissions procedures.
    • Document and train on admissions procedures.
    • Regularly review and update policies and procedures.
    • Oversee the CAS system pipeline for prospective student leads.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Utilize data-driven decision-making to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
    • Generate regular reports on admissions metrics for senior leadership.
    • Implement improvements based on data to enhance admissions processes.
  • Collaboration & Communications:
    • Work closely with enrollment, academic departments, marketing, financial aid, and registrar.
    • Effectively communicate admissions strategies, challenges, and achievements.
    • Actively address challenges and find innovative solutions.
  • Enrollment Experience and Enrollment Recruitment Alignment:
    • Leverage data for recruitment strategy, collaborating with Enrollment Recruitment team.
  • Team Management:
    • Recruit and build a high-performing enrollment operations team.
    • Provide ongoing training and professional development.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement improvement strategies.
  • Utilize Enrollment Management Software:
    • Utilize multiple Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to engage with prospective students, applicants, and accepted students.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards in enrollment processes.
