Aleut Federal is currently hiring a journeyman Agile Team Coach / Project Manager to direct and deliver a wide range of projects supporting the Air Force BlueSCI network. This includes projects to expand core services with new technology and capabilities as well as bring new sites into the BlueSCI enterprise. This position will be located in San Antonio TX and will be an on-site position.

Responsibilities:

• Develops project scope, backlog, and work schedules according to project requirements.
• Responsible for cost estimation and control.
• Monitors project progress and makes adjustments as needed.
• Coordinates interdepartmental participation to meet project requirements.
• Maintains lines of communication among project team members and stakeholders.
• Cognizant of risk management processes and requirements, coordinates to include cybersecurity in project aspect.
• Reports project progress to key stakeholders.
• Transcribes and records key decisions and action items resulting from meetings.
• Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to the project.
• Manage and provide oversight on assigned Local IT projects.
• Contributes to the Change Approval Board process
• Develop comprehensive project plan for all requirements/projects to include planning, quality control, direction, coordination, deliverables submissions and reviews.
• Provide weekly and monthly status project updates to the contract, flight, and team lead.
• Able to receive, track and assign tasks in IT Ticketing system, currently ServiceNow

Minimum Requirements:

• High School with 6-9 years (or commensurate experience).
• Must have verified DOD Top Secret with SCI eligibility on day one.
• Must have an Active PMI PMP or CompTIA CAPM, or IC AgilePM Foundation Certification.
• 3-5 years’ experience managing IT projects.
• Excellent organizational, oral, and writing skills.
• Ability to oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical science or project management discipline, to include a career in a military job category of project management.
• Experience in both short & long-term IT systems deployment & systems lifecycles.
• Three to Five years' experience working with Government contracting.
• ITIL 3 or later certification.

Salary range for this role: 90K to 105K
