This position will work with the Corporate and Foundation Programs. The Program Analyst helps administer a dynamic portfolio of global programs within the Corporate and Foundation Programs team and contributes to multiple aspects of the program lifecycle for those programs. This may include conducting targeted outreach and recruitment activities, serving as the first point of contact for potential individual or organizational grantees, participating in application management and selection services, providing grant-making, advising, and monitoring services, and coordinating events and/or study tours and delegations. The Program Analyst is responsible for compliance with program specifications and participant monitoring, which requires proficiency in IIE systems and processes. The Program Analyst role may support new programs as they are first established and assist with surge support during high-profile activities, which allows the Corporate and Foundation Programs department to maintain a wide array of programs of varying sizes with a diverse set of partners including foundations such as Carnegie Corporation of NY, Ford Foundation and Open Society Foundations and corporations such as Google, Bloomberg, Sony Music Group and Western Union. Salary Range: $50,039 - $63,988. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, internal organizational equity, and geographic region.
