The Treasury Management (TM) Document Processor will perform a wide range of administrative duties and responsibilities to support Treasury Management and Small Business clients. The Document Processor will ensure all required tasks are accomplished in a timely and superior manner.

As a Treasury Management Document Processor, you will:
  • Prepare paperwork such as signature cards, resolutions, agreements, and access grids.
  • Assist with gathering necessary client signatures electronically.
  • Ensure documents are completed and accurate to maintain audit standards.
  • Uphold Nicolet's philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of Nicolet.

Qualifications
  • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred: Post-high school education.
  • Required: 2+ years banking experience
  • Preferred: 5+ years of banking experience in commercial lending, treasury management, or a related area
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
  • Knowledge of the features and benefits of cash management products and services
