Responsibilities

Revolution is now hiring a Production Material Handler for its Little Rock, AR location. This position offers growth opportunities in a stable and safe work environment.

  • Responsible for the coordinated movement of containers to and from locations within the plant and ensuring load/containers, etc., are balanced and secured before moving.
  • Scrap removal from machines.
  • Pallet movement to and from machines.
  • Movement of totes through decanting to and from work cells to support in-process inventory.
  • Accurately completes all paperwork as required, including Pre-Shift Equipment Inspection forms.
  • Support maintenance of inventory through identifying, verifying, labeling, and placing material.
  • Pick, wrap and stage orders to be shipped.
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials and products.
  • Move materials to and from loading docks, delivery trucks, storage areas, and manufacturing areas.
  • Identify and label materials, and record their locations in the warehouse/on the shelves to maintain inventory.
  • Prepare finished products for shipment by identifying their location, then pulling, packing, and loading them.
  • Operate trucks, forklifts, cranes, and other equipment to move freight.
  • Perform and report cycle counts.
  • Comply with all warehouse safety rules and guidelines


Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
  • Background in manufacturing with experience in quality and safety initiatives.
  • Must hold a valid counter-balance forklift certificate.
  • 1-5 years of experience working in a warehouse setting or logistics; experience in operating material handling equipment preferred.
  • Forklift experience required.
  • Ability to work on a 2/2/3 schedule.
  • Ability to perform well in a customer-driven, safety-conscious organization.
  • Ability to understand and work well with team members, both in operations & support teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn ERP systems and willingness to learn the computer side of the job.
  • Ability to lift 25-30 pounds repetitively. Lifting may be required over 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Exposure to heat and cold.
  • Exposure to noise and machinery.
